Targeted Accounting and AgileCPA have merged, uniting two outsourced bookkeeping and financial advisory firms under the Targeted Accounting name.
The merger brought together the professionals, resources and service capabilities of both firms to offer clients a broader range of outsourced bookkeeping, accounting, tax and financial management services.
As part of the planned leadership transition, Dianna Thorne, founder and president of Targeted Accounting, retired. Wendy Ha, Principal Partner and CEO of AgileCPA, became President of the combined firm. “Wendy and I share a similar approach to business excellence,” said Thorne at the time.
Ha brings more than a decade of advisory experience to the role. “What I find most rewarding about this merger is the chance to build on the strong foundation Dianna established,” she said. “With our combined capabilities and resources, we are positioned to bring even more value to our clients while giving our team new opportunities to grow.”
